The first step to becoming healthy is to actually acknowledge the fact that you need help. It is not no where easy and unfortunately being healthy does not always involve size, because we all are shaped differently. But the truth of the matter is some of us are not that healthy, and that means if you are a size 2 or 20. So first thing we need to do is say out loud.
