Life Style Change

The first step to becoming healthy is to actually acknowledge the fact that you need help. It is not no where easy and unfortunately being healthy does not always involve size, because we all are shaped differently. But the truth of the matter is some of us are not that healthy, and that means if you are a size 2 or 20. So first thing we need to do is say out loud.
  1. I want to get healthy
  2. I need to get healthy
  3. I need a lifestyle change
Life Style Change.

During the course you will notice that you will start to feel differently. Physically, emotionally, and I am hoping spiritually. For most of us food has been our addiction, and I know it may be hard to come to terms with it, but that is the first step. So get ready.

The Intro

This is a Guide to loving yourself and wanting to get healthy. For those of you who may find it hard to get that extra push you may need well you have come to the right place.

We all have those what I call light Bulb moments were we tend to sit back and analyze our life from a distance. Well to further inform you this is not a relationship or career counseling session.\, instead a self motivator to help you love the person you are, to help you get healthy, and to live your life.
