So the first thing we are going to work on is cleaning your kitchen, office desk, pocket book, and car. This is not only to help you get all unhealthy food out of your sight, but to also get rid of out dated food products, and to have things more organized.

  • Candy
  • Chips
  • Cookies
Don't worry they won't be out of your life for good. Instead we will be introducing them in a healthy way.

Now I know for some of you calarie counting is important but we won;t be getting into that until we are further along. I feel like it is better to take this in baby steps so your body won't be in a complete shock.

So as you notice your pantry and refrigerator is looking a little low , there is some tips I would like to give to you before you take that trip to the market.
  1. Ziploc Bags. they are very important when potioning your food and snacks.
  2. Fresh Vega tables and Fruit. They come in handy when you feel like you have a sweet craving or just for a snack
  3. low sodium crackers
  4. Fat free Yougurt
  5. Water
One of the key elements to having good health is WATER.

So make sure those items are on your list
