Hello All.
Well lets see, where do I start. I came up with this whole plan to create a blog to help everyone especially woman get back on track. I do believe at some point in life we all may look at our refelection and ask our selfs "how did I let myself go", even though we may never really care to find the answer or try to face what caused us the problem in the first place. But it is ok.
Lastnight I started to get back into my pilate routine. I was so anxious and even had my kids excited. But I have to say as I was approcaing the 30min mark and my leeg muscles were as soar as they can get and my arms useless; lol; I keep trying to remind myself "See this is why you stopped in the first place.:" I almost had myself. But I looked at my kids and saw that they were having so much fun themselves doing the excersice that I decieded to make it fun.
